Day 116: Eye Contact

Sometimes, especially when I am feeling hurried, I notice I stop making eye contact with people as much. Even if I am talking to them, my eyes may be somewhere else.


This week, experiment with intentionally making eye contact with people. Notice what it is like to fully focus your seeing on that person. Does it slow you down? Give you the heebie jeebies?
